I’m excited to share the first in a new series of digital zines – PAVEL.
This project has been quietly taking shape for a while now. At its heart is a simple intention: to offer a portrait of a man not as an object, but as a presence. PAVEL is a tender, unguarded study of one person, captured in stillness and softness, without performance or pretence.
It’s the beginning of an ongoing exploration of masculinity, myth, and what it means to simply be seen.
Photographed in natural light and domestic space, this series leans into the intimate. It’s quiet. It’s close. And like all the work I care about most, it leaves room for the viewer to breathe, feel, and interpret freely.
PAVEL is available now as a digital zine – a PDF format optimised for phones and tablets. You can download it directly after purchase, and it’s priced accessibly to keep it within reach of anyone who wants to experience the work.
This is just the start. More zines will follow – each one its self-contained world, but all part of a wider conversation about men, bodies, tenderness, and presence.
